❓ How do I book a trip with TrelaWebster?

Booking is easy!

  1. Visit our Tours & Packages page to browse current offerings.
  2. Click View Tour Details on any trip that interests you.
  3. Use the booking form on the tour page or go straight to our Book a Trip page.

Prefer a custom itinerary? Head to our Custom Trip Planner and tell us your vision.

❓ What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is:

  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a small administrative fee

  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund

  • 14 days or less: No refund

Some tours may have different terms due to local partners or seasonal demand — full details will be shared during booking.

❓ Do you offer travel insurance?

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected changes, cancellations, or emergencies. While TrelaWebster does not sell insurance directly, we’re happy to recommend trusted providers and help you understand what coverage you may need.

❓ Can I customize a tour?

Absolutely!
TrelaWebster specializes in custom itineraries. Whether you want to adjust an existing tour or design a trip from scratch, Trevor will work with you to tailor the route, activities, and pace to your preferences. Start with our Custom Trip Planner form or book a consultation to chat.

❓ What’s included in the packages?

Each tour package clearly outlines what’s included on the [Tour Details] page, but in general, our tours cover:

  • Accommodations
  • Ground transportation
  • Guided experiences and entrance fees
  • Some meals (varies by itinerary)
  • Local expert support throughout the trip

Flights to/from the destination country, visa fees, and personal expenses are not typically included unless otherwise noted.
